Formerly known as Brasserie 8½, Cucina 8½ offers an elevated dining experience with refined rustic Italian cuisine. Located at the iconic Solow building in the heart of Midtown, their menu features a variety of dishes inspired by New York & Italian ingredients and culinary traditions, featuring homemade pasta and focaccia. This 3 course Prix Fixe Thanksgiving menu was curated by Executive Chef Mike Aiello, and features not only a traditional turkey entrée, but also sirloin steak, two fish options, and two vegetarian options.

• Insalata di Castlfranco – radicchio, gorgonzola dolce, roasted pears, sherry vinaigrette

• Ricotta Gnudi – fall spice beurre blanc
• Tuna Tartare
• Beef Carpaccio – caper aioli, arugula, sourdough crisp, pecorino romano

• Spaghetti Al Limone – parmesan reggiano
• Ricotta Ravioli – butternut squash, roasted pecans, sage crumble
• Branzino Filet – butter poached radishes, citrus salmoriglio
• Grilled Faroe Island Salmon
• Dry Aged 16 Oz Sirlion – potato galette, roasted carrots, veal demi-glace
• Chicken Parmesan – san marzano tomatoes, house-made mozzarella
• Herb Roasted Turkey – sausage and chestnut stuffing, mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts, cranberry

Refund Policy: Sometimes plans unexpectedly change, which we understand. However, restaurants do impose deposit and guarantee requirements when we plan our events, so we have the following generous refund policy (certain events may have different refund policies):

If you cancel:

• 7 days (or more) before a dinner, you may cancel for a full refund or credit, less a $5 cancellation fee
• 4-6 days before a dinner, you will receive a credit toward a future event, less a $10 change fee
• 0-3 days before a dinner (or if you do not show up), no refund or credit

If a dinner or an event is canceled by The Single Gourmet, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future purchase with no cancellation or change fee.

Ticketed events (tours, shows, and ANY non-dinner event) are non-refundable within 7 days of the event.

Annual membership fees are non-refundable.
